Meditation Classes at New Leaf!

Are you stressed out? Frazzled?  Needing a push in the direction of relaxation?  I understand!  Having run my own business for 18 years I know how difficult the mix of life, work, kids, relationships can be.  I know consciously that meditation is good for me, but to actually sit down and do it seems impossible.

Well, we now have the answer…our classes allow you to take that time out of your busy life and – just be… be yourself.  Be relaxed.  Be conscious.

All new!  Meditation Classes at New Leaf: it’s been a few weeks since we introduced meditation sessions with Chris Shana.  Chris has been a meditation facilitator for many years…she has many other healing skills and brings her vast experience to New Leaf within these sessions.

Benefits of meditation include:

  • increased relaxation
  • improved blood pressure and cholesterol levels
  • better sleeping patterns
  • less stress
  • better moods

Our classes are on Tuesday and Thursdays:

Tuesday: 9.45am for 10am start
Thursday: 6.45 for 7pm start

Bookings are essential for room set-up!
